Ken Cole, Psy.D.
For over 20 years I've worked with families, couples, and individuals from late adolescent to seniors to build collaborative and goal directed relationships focused on creating real and lasting change. Through a predominantly cognitive behavioral and supportive approach I work to engage those I work with to harness their aspirations, strengths, as well as to effectively counter those perceived deficits or obstacles that continue to hold them back, whether internal or external. This has resulted in sessions supporting those working through depression, anxiety, phase of life transitions, trauma and loss as well as marital and couples work.
This lifelong passion for facilitating constructive change has manifest itself in my current role at D & S Healing. Working with such a truly diverse team has created opportunities for our clinic to expand what is expected from an outpatient behavioral health setting. From more traditional psychotherapy, to an expansion into areas of sports psychology, executive wellness and community engagement to positive effect change in the areas of violent extremism, trauma and continued emotional and psychological segregation from each other, D & S healing offers a fresh perspective on bringing about lasting change and healing for not only those we serve, but also the communities we live in.
