Our Clinic location

D & S Healing Center is located on the 3rd floor of the the historic Barnabas Building in Glendale and we are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 8pm and Saturdays by appointment only.

Like many providers of behavioral health services, D & S Healing has elected to focus on a fee model that we believes offers those we serve increased flexibility, autonomy and rates that are comparable to those across Southeast Wisconsin’s community of providers.

As such, D & S is currently not in-network with insurance providers.  This has resulted in our being able to provide a broader spectrum of services and gives our clients increased input and say on their course of treatment.  The rates for our clinicians vary so please contact our offices directly and they will be more than happy to speak with you to both determine the type of services that may work best, as well as to discuss their rates and payment options.

Questions About Payment

Since we do not accept insurance, you’re encouraged to check with your employee benefit plan, or insurer directly to see if and how much of the services we provide are covered.  If needed we can provide you with a statement as requested, that is often submitted to insurance companies for either partial or full reimbursement for therapy. You may also find that you are  eligible to use Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for therapy costs.

As this may be unfamiliar to some, a few questions to consider asking either your insurance provider or healthcare specialist at your place of employment are:

• First and foremost does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

• If I have a deductible what is it and have I even met it yet?

• With my plan are there any limits on the number of sessions for each calendar year?

Payment

As with any service payment is due at time of service.  We accept cash and check and also are able to take credit cards.  

Cancellation Policy

Our clinic has a 24 hour policy with regard to cancellation.  Please give us a call within 24 hours if you have to cancel or reschedule.  This allows us an opportunity to provide this time to others who are on our wait list.  Failing to call prior within 24 hours, or a no-show/no-call for your appointment will result in you being charged a percentage of the agreed upon rate.
